TSAWWASSEN MILLS is a gorgeous shopping centre with a playground of an exceptional mix of over 200 premium outlet brands, fabricating plant outlets, a massive open-concept food hall, first-to-grandstand retailers, 22 art installations, a restaurant row that features international cuisine brands, plenty of fashion outlets, a sports dome and entertainment facilities.

Tsawwassen Mills occupies 1.2 million square feet of retail space with approximately 24 feet ceiling height, including a 1,100 seat food court and 6,000 parking spaces.

It features an impressive design inspired by the First Nations architecture including a ceiling that resembles a longhouse.

The shopping mall is gorgeously adorned with dozens of art displays and the use of West Coast heavy timber that reflects a strong inspiration from the Pacific Northwest and the Coast Salish Indigenous people.

Tsawwassen Mills was launched in 2016 and designed by Ivanhoe Cambridge on 1.2 million square feet of the Tsawwassen First Nation land.

The name ‘Tsawwassen’ is translated into ‘land facing the sea’ in the North Straits Salish language, indicating the peninsula’s geographic location on the southwest corner of Delta.
